GENERAL APPEARANCE; Ferdinand is a dashing young man, tall and well built. His flawless skin is pale and soft to the touch. He has thick, neck-length brown hair. Ferdinand always keeps it neatly parted and combed, always wanting to look his finest. Framed by thick, dark eyebrows, large blue eyes are set evenly on either side of a thin nose. Ferdinand’s facial features are soft and gentle, giving him something of a “pretty boy” appearance. His lips are thick, pink, and full, and he had a gorgeous smile.
Ferdinand’s attire is often rich and colorful, reflecting his high birth. While he has many outfits, the one he most commonly wears consists mainly of a white shirt, over which he wears a sleeveless blue tunic with gold outlining; blue tights; beige boots. Around his shoulders is a red cape with leather straps, and around his waist is a gold belt with a silver buckle. From his belt hangs a gold sheath with which he keeps his silver sword. Ferdinand also wears a blue hat with white plumage and a gold brim, but he’s usually seen without it.

PERSONALITY; Ferdinand is a classic storybook prince. He’s brave and dashing, willing to risk his life to protect everyone and everything he cares for. He’s daring, unafraid to take chances and is a lover of adventure. Ferdinand is the type of hero who slays monsters and saves damsels in distress – much like a knight, really. His chivalrous ideals and morals make him a respected and honorable man.
He’s deeply religious, a devout Catholic. He’s pledged his life to serving God and the Virgin, and upkeeps all the beliefs and traditions of his faith. He’s kind and caring, having never shown unjustified anger or spite towards anyone. Ferdinand is giving, happily opening his home and heart to everyone who needs them. He and Snow White will go out into the village below his castle and bring things to the poor and needy, such as food and clothing. Being a rather friendly sort, Ferdinand tends to make and keep friends rather easily.
After his faith, the thing Ferdinand loves the most is Snow White. He’s devoted to her, loving her with all his heart. He’d never betray her trust or love, and loves to make her happy. He’s loving, showing kindness and compassion to all and is tender with his wife. Ferdinand is polite and mannered, always courteous and respectful to his wife and others. He doesn’t like violence or negativity of any kind, but will use it if he has to. Despite all his good traits, he can be a bit stubborn at times, as well as defiant. Even so, Ferdinand is a fair and just ruler beloved by his wife and people.
GOALS;
HISTORY; Ferdinand was born the only son and heir of King Otto and Queen Beatrice. They were good rulers, beloved by all their people. When the king and queen took sick and died, the boy Ferdinand was placed under the care of the court. He was immediately made Crowned Prince and placed under the care of the court. Ferdinand was given the best education of his day, learned in all things. He dedicated his life to God and the Virgin, and was baptized a Christian.
The years passed, and Ferdinand grew from a boy into a man. On his seventeenth birthday, he was given a magnificent white stallion as a gift. Naming the horse “Kaiser,” he decided to take him out for a ride. While passing through a neighboring kingdom, Ferdinand heard the most beautiful sound he’d ever heard. Enchanted, he dismounted and climbed over a castle wall, discovering that the voice belonged to Snow White. He fell in love with her immediately, and when he joined her at the wishing well, he ended up scaring her away. Wanting to see her again, Ferdinand began to serenade to her, causing Snow White to fall in love with him as well. When they heard Queen Grimhilde calling for her, he promised to return for Snow White and fled.
The days went by, and Ferdinand couldn’t stop thinking about Snow White. She possessed him completely, and when he heard news that her stepmother was going to kill her, he went to rescue her. When he arrived at the castle, he was ambushed by Grimhilde’s guards and taken to the dungeon. There, he was shackled and chained to the wall, painfully tortured until the queen arrived. Apparently, Grimhilde had fallen in love with Ferdinand herself when she was him and her stepdaughter together. Overcome with jealousy, she offered a proposal of marriage, which he outright refused. Angered, Grimhilde decided to flood the dungeon and drown Ferdinand before she left to poison Snow White. As he was about to drown, the animals of the forest came to his rescue, unlocking his bondages and setting him free. Ferdinand managed to fight off the queen’s guards with the help of the animals and escape. By that time, however, he was too late.
Hearing stories of the girl who slept in a golden coffin on a mountaintop, he searched far and wide for her. In the spring, he finally found Snow White’s resting place. With a final song, Ferdinand kissed her tenderly on the lips and mourned with everyone else who was gathered there. The kiss broke the spell over her, and when she awoke, everyone rejoiced. Ferdinand took Snow White in his arms and placed her on Kaiser’s back. With last farewells to the seven dwarfs and the animals, they returned to Ferdinand’s castle. There, they celebrated a magnificent wedding and became the new king and queen.
